Brief introduction ofr synchronous chip sealer
1. Synchronous chip sealer truck is the most effective road-resurfacing machine. It's designed to spray gravel and asphalt on the road, through the car crush to form a road surface. Synchronous Chip Sealer Truck is used in synchronous seal operation of each side of highway, It has better anti-slip and anti-seepage performance, more safety but less pollution.
2. The best advantage is that synchronous spread of adhesive materials and stone materials, which allows full contact between binders and aggregates, thus resulting in maximum cohesive performance.
3. Synchronous chip sealer mainly consists of chassis, asphalt spray system, chip spreading system, air circuit system, water circuit system, control system, radar speed measurement system, power supply system and mixing system.
4. This equipement takes the power from auxiliary engine, with stable and environmental performance; It adopts alarm in the cab, which can monitor and alarm the low level of aggregates in the hopper. It is no need of lifting the hopper to spread aggregates. The aggregates are transferred by belt, ensure they are conveyed to the double spiral distributor. The aggregates drop by gravity and friction against roller, then go through the distributor plate, which guarantees uniform spreading. It uses gravity slopping hopper to realize operation in height-limit condition, such as bridges and culverts. It adopts camber chip distributing device to improve the evenness. It uses stable dedicated controller to control the whole electric system, rear high-definition infrared cameras monitor the whole operation, which improve the working environment and efficiency.
