Trucks Features :
1. High quality WISCO materials are selected for the upper carriage, and the stamping plate or the whole checkered plate (optional for customers) are used for the flat plate. The plate surface is smoother, the strength is higher, and the assembly is cold pressed. The flat plate structure is specialized, modular production, each assembly is precision manufactured, and the interchangeability is strong. The structural parts of the wrecker are treated by cathodic electrophoresis, which can effectively guarantee its anti-corrosion performance.
2. All hydraulic components are imported by joint venture, there is no mixed loading of three or no products, which will affect the product quality!
3. The tilting oil cylinder is arranged on the inner side of the girder and supported on the same beam, with uniform load distribution, which greatly improves the service life of the whole vehicle: replaceable friction plate, rear landing auxiliary roller, smooth plate sliding, easy maintenance and low cost. The adjustable mechanical limit device makes the plate locking more reliable and safe; the bottom beam of the plate surface and the folding hinge beam are strengthened to further improve the bearing capacity; a variety of binding tools are easy to use and easy to operate.
4. Lifting mechanism: lift the damaged vehicle from the front or rear by using the retraction, lifting, folding with load and other actions of the trailing arm, and then pull the whole vehicle away from the site. The bracket of the wrecker has many kinds of mechanism forms, which can lift the axle, wheel, leaf spring and frame of the accident vehicle, so it is convenient to install and dismantle.
5. Full hydraulic driving operation of flat type obstacle removal vehicle, which integrates lifting, carrying, towing and pulling functions into one. The hydraulic oil pipe is imported from Italy or Turkey, with strong pressure resistance, good heat dissipation performance, beautiful appearance and durability, and its service life can be synchronized with the upper mounting.
